Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery:

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Sialkot): 2–4 working days
• Other towns and remote areas: 3–6 working days

Shipping Charges

• Flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 nationwide.
• Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000.
• Bulk and wholesale shipping is quoted per order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan. You may inspect your package at the time of delivery before making payment. We also accept bank transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash for prepaid orders.

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchange

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. You may return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

• To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp or via the Contact page with your order number.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
• Customised or personalised teamwear is non-returnable unless faulty.
• Refunds (for prepaid orders) are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

International Shipping

We export worldwide for wholesale and bulk orders. Please contact us with your destination and quantities for shipping options and pricing.
